One of the biggest innovations that the COLMI R12 brings is the integrated touch display. It lets you switch between functions using gestures. In addition to health data, you can also check the battery status directly on the ring, start pulse measurement, or activate sleep monitoring. The touch response is very fast and the control is intuitive, which is a really pleasant surprise for such a small device.

We recommend wearing the ring on your index finger to achieve the best sensor accuracy. The manufacturer also notes that measuring the correct finger size is key — using too thick a string or paper can affect the results.
