The basic Nintendo Switch with two systems is the cheapest way to play lots of Nintendo games without paying for every couple of dozen euros. The seller offers a like-new original console from Hong Kong that, besides the clean system, also has a second offline system with 30 to 90 preinstalled games, and with our coupon you can get it for under 250 €.
Mario Kart for the whole family for the price of one new game extra
The console is sold by our verified partner GShopper. They ship it from China with free shipping, and you don’t pay any extra customs duty (clo) or VAT (DPH). Before they send it, the seller has to upload games to the card, which according to the seller takes about 7 business days—so plan on delivery about three weeks after ordering. You’ll get a 1-year warranty for the console; the seller handles it via service at your place, and for a serious breakdown they also pay for shipping it to China.

How the Nintendo Switch with two systems works
The seller takes an original Switch, loads a second firmware on it, and adds games to a microSD card. The original system, labeled The Original in the manual, works exactly the same as the console from the store: you sign in to your Nintendo account, buy games in the eShop or on game cards, play online, and download updates.
The second system, which the seller calls The Hekate, runs from the microSD card and includes preinstalled games. Both systems are completely separated, so they don’t share Wi-Fi, settings, or saved positions, and you switch between them using an icon in the main menu. According to the seller, emulator software for other consoles is not installed on it.
Modified system only in Airplane mode
You may only turn the second system on offline, with Airplane mode enabled. If the console connects to the internet and Nintendo detects it, it will block the eShop and online services on the original system. The ban is permanent and the seller doesn’t take responsibility for it, so you have to watch out for yourself.
The games on the second system are not purchased licenses from Nintendo or the publishers. If you want a clear conscience even with your account, you can ignore the second system and only play the games you buy on the The Original system, where online play and updates work without restrictions.
How many games will you get for 128, 256, and 512 GB
On the basic Switch, three card sizes are available: about 30 games on 128 GB, around 50 on 256 GB, and roughly 90 games on 512 GB. The selection is random, and popular big titles take up more space, so the number may vary—and the exact list you’ll see only on the delivered console. For 256 GB, the seller provides SanDisk cards according to their reply; for 512 GB, they use Lexar, SanDisk, or Samsung cards.
Between the 128 and 512 GB versions, the difference is only about 40 €, less than one new Switch game costs—so a larger card is especially worth it for families where more than one child takes turns with the console. After powering on, the system starts in English and you can change the language in Settings, but Slovak or Czech aren’t available in the menu, so most people will stick with English.
What selection you can expect is shown by the seller in screenshots of one of the cards, where we counted over 120 games. Your card will have a different—and with a smaller capacity, a shorter—list, but based on these examples the seller primarily loads well-known titles:
- Nintendo games: Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Super Mario Odyssey, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury, Super Mario Party, New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe, Mario Tennis Aces, Mario Golf: Super Rush, Luigi’s Mansion 3, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom, Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Splatoon 3, Paper Mario: The Origami King, Metroid Dread, three Kirby games, Fire Emblem Engage and Three Houses, Bayonetta 1 to 3, Nintendo Switch Sports, Ring Fit Adventure and 1-2-Switch
- Pokémon: Scarlet and Violet, Sword and Shield, Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, Legends: Arceus, Let’s Go Pikachu and Let’s Go Eevee, Detective Pikachu Returns, Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX, Pokkén Tournament DX, Pokémon Quest and Pokémon Café ReMix,
- big action games and RPGs: The Witcher 3 Complete Edition, Skyrim, Red Dead Redemption, GTA III, Vice City and San Andreas in Definitive Edition, Diablo II Resurrected, Diablo III, Assassin’s Creed: The Ezio Collection, Borderlands 2, Resident Evil 6, Dying Light, Wolfenstein II, Sniper Elite 4, No Man’s Sky, Immortals Fenyx Rising, Devil May Cry 1 to 3, Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD, Octopath Traveler, Triangle Strategy, Disco Elysium and Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown,
- sports: EA Sports FC 24, NBA 2K24 and WRC 8,
- indie games: Hades, Hollow Knight, Celeste, Dead Cells, Cuphead, Stardew Valley, both Ori games, Little Nightmares 1 and 2, Sifu, Gris, Spiritfarer, Omori, Untitled Goose Game, Human Fall Flat, House Flipper and Trine 5,
- for the family and a group: It Takes Two, Overcooked and Overcooked 2, Moving Out 2, Just Dance, Zumba Burn It Up!, Fitness Boxing 1 and 2, Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville and SpongeBob: Krusty Cook-Off.
Besides them, there were also a few Japanese and Chinese titles on the card—especially visual novels that you won’t use without knowing the language.
Second-hand console, but without documentation
In the real photos from the seller, you can see the condition the console is sent in. The seller labels them as 95 % new, with traces of normal use, and according to the description they were neither disassembled nor repaired. If the packaging is more scratched, the seller replaces it with a new one, so the console then looks almost brand-new. With bigger scratches on the display, they also replace the outer glass and cover the small ones with tempered glass.
Don’t count on a return without stating a reason, because for second-hand goods the seller explicitly writes that if you have a problem with traces of use, you shouldn’t buy it. The charger has a Hong Kong plug, so at home you’ll need an adapter for charging.
Version with longer battery life
According to the seller’s reply, it’s a newer revision of the standard Switch with extended battery life, not the OLED model. A battery with a capacity of 4 310 mAh will last, according to Nintendo, 4,5 to 9 hours of gaming—so noticeably longer than the very first Switch from 2017. The console has a 6,2-inch touchscreen LCD display with a resolution of 1280 × 720 px, 32 GB of internal storage and a microSD card slot up to 2 TB.
Just like the other models, you can use it in three modes: as a handheld console, set on the stand on a table, or docked, where the picture goes to the TV in Full HD. Joy-Cons can be detached and each one works as a separate controller, so you can play with a friend even without buying another controller.
What customers say
The console has four ratings on GShopper, and all of them have a full number of stars. A customer from Spain writes that it arrived in about two weeks, it looks like new and most games are in Spanish. Another buyer noticed slight wear on the paint on the controllers and a scratched dock, but the console itself was fine and between the games on the 128 GB card they found Mario Kart, Kirby and Luigi’s Mansion 3.
Another customer praises the appearance and helpful support, but notes that the system update was a bit more demanding. If you want a bigger and nicer display, the seller also offers the Switch OLED with two systems; however, it costs roughly 130 € more.
