Another OnePlus smartphone is already around the corner. It will be the classic T model as it is every year, but with one change. Despite the fact that we’ll see the OnePlus 8T, its more powerful version in the form of the OnePlus 8T Pro isn’t coming.

In the short teaser video above, we can see that OnePlus is teasing new, even faster charging than we’ve seen from them so far. According to various leaks and speculation, it should be the 65 W Warp Charge technology.
Current flagship models in the form of OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro offer 30 W Warp Charge fast charging. That’s already fast in itself, but the new model will bring more than double the charging speed. Thanks to the large battery capacity, charging should take a fairly short time.

OnePlus 8T won’t be only the first smartphone with a new and more powerful fast-charging system, but it will also bring another novelty. It will be a battery-splitting system into 2 separate parts. Both of them will offer a capacity of 2 130 mAh.
We had the chance to see this system already with the OPPO Find X2 smartphone. Its SuperVOOC 2.0 technology can charge the smartphone from 0 to 100% with a power of 65 W in just 38 minutes. Those are already very decent numbers. We’ll see how the OnePlus will do.

The smartphone should come with a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display, which will offer a Full HD+ resolution. In the top-left part of the display, there will be a cutout for the front selfie camera.
Here we’ll also find a powerful processor Snapdragon 865 from Qualcomm. In the top version, it will be paired with 12 GB of RAM and internal storage of up to 256 GB.
The back side will be equipped with four cameras. The main sensor will have a resolution of 48 MPx. It will be joined by a wide-angle lens with a resolution of 16 MPx, a 5 MPx macro lens, and a 2 MPx depth-of-field sensor. On the front, we’ll find a camera with a resolution of 32 MPx.
The latest Android 11 should be used, along with the OxygenOS 11 customization. A battery with a capacity of up to 4 500 mAh should also offer up to 2 days of battery life. In the package, a fast charger with a power of 65 W will be included.
The price hasn’t been specified yet, but it’s rumored to be €799 for the 8 GB RAM / 128 ROM version and €899 for the 12 GB RAM / 256 ROM version.
