Vevor has a home wind turbine with a power of 500 W

The Vevor turbines offer a matte white color finish as well as aerodynamically shaped blades made from nylon materials. When it comes to rotor size, the highest-performance one is 500 W and offers 1.2 meters. The rim diameter in this case is 54 millimeters. Weight comes in at 9.5 kilograms.

The rated motor power is 900 revolutions per minute, and the starting wind speed is 2 m/s. The standard wind speed is then 13 m/s, and the maximum wind speed is up to 50 m/s. The turbine’s internal parts are made from an aluminum casting, as well as stainless steel, and the generator is a 3-phase AC permanent magnet.

When it comes to power control of the turbine, it is automatic. For controlling the turbine, you can choose between two different solutions. These are an MPPT controller or a Charge Control control (charging controller).

The manufacturer also thought about versatility, and thanks to its fairly compact dimensions, you can place this turbine, for example, on a terrace or on the roof.

The product’s sales package includes the Vevor wind turbine itself in the selected version and configuration (300 W / 400 W / 500 W). There’s also accessories included, such as the necessary wiring, blades, a MPPT / Charge Control controller, a set of screws and nuts for mounting, as well as a front cover and a short user manual, as is customary, in English.
