Lefant M3L is a robotic vacuum with a docking station that washes and dries your mops for you, automatically dispenses cleaning solution, and empties dust into a bag that lasts up to eight weeks. It also delivers suction power of 12 000 Pa and maps your apartment with a laser. On Lefant’s official EU e-shop it costs €329.99, but on AliExpress you can get it for 290 € with our coupon.

What customers say
On AliExpress, Lefant M3L has a rating of 4.5 out of 5 from 21 reviews, and buyers most often praise the value for money. One of them wrote that for the money it’s an unbelievably great deal. Another says the robot cleans thoroughly and honestly goes through every corner.
Lefant M3L, or ECOVACS DEEBOT T30e Omni?
If you’re choosing a robot with a station under €250, we also have the ECOVACS DEEBOT T30e Omni—at the time of writing it costs a bit less and, on paper, it has stronger suction, up to 25,000 Pa. However, Lefant M3L wins when it comes to maintenance. Its station automatically adds cleaning solution to the water, while on the T30e you have to top it up manually. The T30e dries the mops with hot air at 45 °C, while Lefant uses cold air.
If you care most about the strongest suction and the ECOVACS brand, go for the T30e. If you want a robot that gives you as little work as possible and you don’t have to think about floor cleaner, choose Lefant M3L.
Suction 12 000 Pa and a brush that won’t tangle hair
12,000 Pa suction power for regular apartment cleaning is enough for dust, crumbs, and even scattered dog kibble. The robot adjusts its power depending on what surface it’s cleaning, so on tile it won’t unnecessarily blast at maximum.
The main brush has a V-shape and a double comb that pulls hair and pet fur into the center of the brush and straight into the suction opening. That way, nothing tangles up and you don’t have to clean the brush with scissors after every cleaning.
Rotating mops lift on carpet by 9 mm
For mopping, the robot has two rotating mops that spin at 200 rotations per minute and press against the floor, so they can handle even a dried coffee stain. The mop station washes the mops with cold water, and that’s where the M3L differs most from the more expensive M3 Max model, which washes them with water at 55 °C and also has stronger suction of 20,000 Pa.
The robot recognizes carpet on its own, and it lifts the mops by 9 mm to avoid soaking it, while also increasing suction to the maximum. Low carpets and floating floors are cleaned in one go, but around a tall, fluffy carpet, you should set a no-go zone in the app.
A station that dispenses the solution on its own and dries the mops
After cleaning, the robot returns to the station, which sucks the dust into a 3.2-liter bag, washes the mops, and then dries them with a stream of cold air so they don’t start to smell. The cleaning solution for the water tank is added automatically, so you don’t have to top it up by hand before every mopping. According to the manufacturer, the dust bag lasts up to eight weeks, but the clean-water tank with a 2.5-liter capacity needs topping up more often, depending on how big your apartment is and how much the robot mops.
You can take the tub where the mops are washed out of the station and rinse it under the tap. In the box, you’ll also find replacement mops, side brushes, bags, and a bottle of cleaning solution, so you won’t need to buy anything extra for the first few weeks.
Laser navigation and obstacle avoidance
Your apartment is mapped using laser navigation dToF LiDAR with a 16-meter range, which works even in the dark, and the robot can store maps of up to three floors. In the app, you can then set rooms, no-go zones, and a cleaning schedule for each room separately.
Obstacles on the floor are tracked by nine PSD sensors with a 190° field of view, so the robot will avoid slippers, toys, or your cat’s bowl. According to the manufacturer, the battery lasts up to 220 minutes, and the robot connects to Wi‑Fi on both 2.4 and 5 GHz, while you can also control it by voice via Alexa or Google Assistant.
