Powerful sound with SoundPulse™ technology
The biggest draw of this model is definitely the output. Tronsmart Element Mega offers a pair of speakers with 20 W + 20 W, so together up to a 40 W maximum output. For such a compact speaker, that’s a very solid value—so you don’t have to worry about a bigger room or outdoor seating.
The manufacturer uses a large 28-core woofer driver and SoundPulse™ technology, which provides a more pronounced bass output and a fuller sound. It also features 3D digital sound with DSP technology, which fine-tunes the output to deliver cleaner, more enjoyable audio in different types of rooms.
Touch panel with gesture controls
Tronsmart Element Mega doesn’t look like a completely ordinary cheap speaker. On the top side, there’s a fully integrated touch panel that lets you control your music conveniently. The most interesting feature is the sliding volume control, so you can change the volume with a simple swipe gesture of your finger along the panel.
This solution feels more modern than classic mechanical buttons, and thanks to it the speaker looks more elegant too. There’s also the option to activate a voice assistant on your smartphone with a simple press of a button—handy, for example, when controlling music or giving quick commands.
Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, and AUX connection
Wireless connectivity is handled by Bluetooth 5.0, which offers a more stable connection and better range than older versions. The manufacturer claims a transmission range of at least 20 meters in open space—more than enough for everyday use.
A practical advantage is also NFC support. If you have a compatible smartphone, just hold it to the speaker and pairing will be faster. For wired connection, there’s also a 3,5 mm AUX input, so you can use the speaker with devices that don’t have Bluetooth connectivity.
True Wireless Stereo for an even better experience
If one speaker isn’t enough for you, Tronsmart Element Mega also supports TWS technology—True Wireless Stereo. In practice, it means you can wirelessly connect two identical speakers and create a real stereo effect with a left and right channel.
This feature is especially useful when you want to soundproof a larger space or create a better experience while watching movies and listening to music. One speaker is great for daily use, but a pair can deliver a significantly more immersive, spacious sound.
Up to 15 hours of battery life on a single charge
Inside the speaker body, there are two batteries with a capacity of 3300 mAh. The manufacturer states up to 15 hours of playback on a single charge, which is a very nice value for all-day listening. Of course, real battery life will mainly depend on the set volume and the type of music you’re playing.
Power is provided via a 5 V / 2,1 A adapter, and you’ll also find a USB cable in the box. When using it, it’s a good idea to keep to the recommended temperatures, since extreme cold or heat can negatively affect battery lifespan.
