Welock Smart Lock Touch41
The first product we’ll introduce today is a stylish cylindrical insert with a biometric fingerprint sensor. It’s called Welock Smart Lock Touch41 and is designed for doors with a thickness of 50 – 100 mm (it also supports the European standard for lock inserts).
The construction is more durable thanks to a IP 65 certification (it isn’t intended for doors without any cover) and it also includes electrostatic protection up to 30,000 volts. A major advantage is quick unlocking using a fingerprint or an RFID card or a mobile app.
With a fingerprint, 98% recognition success rate is available in just 0.5 seconds, and final unlocking in just 1 second. You can also monitor the current battery status on the integrated OLED panel. Power is handled by a trio of AAA batteries, providing up to 8000 unlocks / locks. And with standard use, they should last about 1 year.
Welock Smart Lock PCB41
An alternative to the Touch41 model is a somewhat cheaper option called Welock Smart Lock PCB41. This model offers a similar design for European standards and doors with a thickness of 50 – 100 mm. In this case, though, the fingerprint is replaced by a simple numeric keypad with physical buttons, letting you enter a PIN code for your smart lock.
In this case, though, control via a mobile app is also available, along with a set of three RFID cards included in the package. The app also lets you set a temporary password for short-term access to your property. Likewise, the PCB41 also offers enhanced water resistance with IP 65 certification, power from 3 x AAA batteries, and Allen keys to mount the smart lock in your frame.
Welock Smart Lock Cylinder SECBN51
Another cylindrical insert with a biometric fingerprint scanner, among the newer products from the manufacturer. It also includes an RFID reader and has memory for more than 100 fingerprints or 20 cards. It’s compatible with doors with a thickness of 30-70mm. With an extending cylinder (included in the box), it’s up to 100 mm thick.
