OnePlus Nord N10 5G
As the first smartphone from the new N line, we’re introducing the Nord N10 5G model. From a global perspective, it’s a phone that, thanks to its specs and price, fits more into the mid-range—or possibly the upper mid-range.
The new OnePlus Nord N10 5G arrives on the European and US market so far with just one color option called Midnight Ice. The smartphone measures 163 x 7.47 x 8.95 mm and weighs in at 190 grams.
The front features a 6.49″ IPS LCD panel with a Full HD+ (1080 x 2400 pixels) resolution, a 20:9 aspect ratio, 405 pixels per inch, and an increased refresh rate of 90 Hz. Unfortunately, a beautiful AMOLED experience won’t be happening this time.
On the performance side, you’ll only find the recently announced Snapdragon 690 chipset, which is the only one in the 6xx lineup that includes a 5G modem. Its performance is only slightly lower than with the Snapdragon 765G, so you won’t be lacking for power.
The processor is paired with the Adreno 619 graphics chipset, 6 GB LPDDR4x RAM, and 128 GB of internal UFS 2.1 storage. There’s also a microSD card slot here, so you can add up to an extra 512 GB of storage.
The area where the N10 5G model doesn’t fully dominate is the cameras. The main sensor offers 64 MPx resolution and f/1.8 aperture, but it has only electronic stabilization. Unfortunately, optical stabilization is missing.
The camera setup also includes an 8 MPx wide-angle lens with a maximum aperture of f/1.79 and a 119° field of view, a 2 MPx macro lens, and a 2 MPx depth sensor. The front selfie camera has 16 MPx resolution and an f/2.05 aperture.
Other features that will pleasantly surprise you include NFC, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, 5G Wi-Fi, stereo speakers, 3.5mm jack, a 4300 mAh battery with fast 30T Warp Charge charging, and Android 10 with the custom OxygenOS interface.
