Build quality on point
The JJRC H106 4K drone offers a lot for its price. To start with, though, it's worth noting that at a price of just under €50, you shouldn't expect drone quality on the level of models costing several hundred euros. But despite its low price, this model still offers a solid build, which helps the drone withstand quite a lot, as well as other interesting features and technologies.
Worth mentioning for sure is the 360° obstacle detection, a 6-axis gyroscope, a 2,4 GHz Wi‑Fi transmission between your smartphone and the drone, a dedicated app, the option to take a photo using special gestures, automatic return to the takeoff point, or autonomous flight along preselected points.
4K camera, up to two batteries
The drone's equipment also includes a quality camera with 4K resolution, which takes beautifully sharp videos and photos. The manufacturer even added a second bottom camera, whose job is to ensure the correct operation and control of the drone.
With cheaper drones, one common problem is a short flight time per charge. But with the JJRC H106 4K drone, you can put those worries aside. For less than €50, the manufacturer includes up to two batteries in the box, with a maximum flight time of 12 minutes (1800 mAh * 2 = 3600 mAh / 12 minutes * 2 = 24 minutes).
As for the accessories, you’ll find everything you need in the box. Batteries, controller, propellers, guards, a charger, a USB cable, a screwdriver, the user manual—and of course the drone itself. The drone weighs 117 grams; the complete package is then just under 500 grams.
