What is Mini LED technology?
Mini LED technology is an innovative solution for LCD panels. It uses backlighting through very small LED diodes divided into multiple zones. This is the most advanced backlighting for LCD panels. It delivers a high effect and performance compared to a standard LCD panel, resulting in especially more accurate rendering of objects, better HDR, more dimming zones, and a deep black color.
KTC Mini LED monitors are priced extremely attractively. With coupons, you can get for about €460 for the KTC M27P20 model with 2K resolution, while a similar 27″ monitor from the competing brand AOC is sold on a well-known Slovak e-shop for almost three times as much — specifically €1200.
KTC M27P20 Pro: Flagship model with 4K resolution and 160 Hz
The best-equipped of the two new gaming monitor models is the KTC M27P20 Pro. It offers a 27″ 4K resolution (3840 x 2160 pixels) with Mini LED technology (Quantum Dot) and a high refresh rate of up to 160 Hz. A response time from 1 ms is complemented by high brightness of 1000 nits.
The manufacturer equipped this monitor with support for FreeSync and GSync, plus stable lighting without screen flicker. There’s also a mode to reduce blue light, which significantly protects your eyes — especially when you use it in the evening.
The monitor stand includes stylish RGB backlighting and is height-adjustable. You can also adjust the viewing angle left/right and up/down, and there’s a handy option to rotate the monitor to portrait mode at a 90° angle right from the factory. The design includes a pair of stereo speakers with power 2 x 2 W.

Other features include 1000 nits of brightness, a refresh rate of up to 165 Hz, stereo speakers (2 x 2 W), and support for rotating the stand by 90°.
