The process is via the AliExpress mobile app, where most people shop. There are two key things: don’t use Buy now and enter the coupon only in the order summary, in the field Promo code. After you click Pay now, you won’t be able to add it.

One customer who bought the heater for the second time says that on the second and third stage it consumes about 4,2 liters of diesel per day, and it heats a room of 35 to 40 m² to 16 to 17 °C. However, several buyers received it with a dented corner, so after delivery you’d better check the package right away.

Carbon monoxide sensor—shuts the heater off automatically

The biggest upgrade of the EVO-H model is carbon monoxide protection. The heater continuously measures the CO concentration in the room and displays it on the screen in ppm. If the concentration exceeds a safe threshold, an alarm is triggered and the heater shuts off by itself. According to the manufacturer, typical cheap heaters just beep—so you’ll really appreciate the difference especially when sleeping in your car or in a tent.

Even with the sensor, though, there are still basic rules: the exhaust must always vent outside, and the heater must not draw combustion air from the living area. You can set the alarm threshold yourself. The manufacturer also added an automatic altitude mode that adjusts fuel dosing depending on elevation up to 5 500 m, so the heater can also start in high mountains.

Thermostat with wireless sensor and mobile app control

The heater includes a wireless temperature sensor that you place where you sit or sleep, and the thermostat maintains the set temperature within an accuracy of 1 to 2 °C. When the room is warm, the heater turns off automatically, and when it cools down, it starts again—saving diesel and also preserving the battery.

You can control it via the color display with buttons, a remote control, or the Bluetooth app. The display also shows battery voltage, altitude and CO level, so you have everything important in one place.

All-in-one, with adapter and from a wall socket

The M-5S EVO-H model is an all-in-one so-called “all-in-one” heater with a built-in diesel tank and fuel pump in one suitcase with a carry handle. It weighs 9,5 kg, so you can carry it from the garage to a tent or cabin without installing it into the car.

You can power it with 12 V and 24 V battery, so it works for passenger cars, vans and even trucks, and with the adapter you can plug it into a standard outlet in your workshop. The heater itself uses only around 40 W, but power draw is higher during ignition—so if you power it from a battery, make sure you have enough capacity. In the box you’ll also find the intake and exhaust pipes, an outlet hose for warm air, an air filter, a silencer, and an extension cable for the display.
