Technical specifications of Hiseeu PK-4YHD685
Before we dive into a detailed breakdown of the individual features, let’s look at the parameters that the Hiseeu PK-4YHD685 comes with. It’s a complete PoE camera system that includes everything you need to install and get surveillance over your property up and running. Each camera works at a resolution of 5MP and offers a rotation range of 300° horizontally and 90° vertically, which in practice means almost zero blind spots.
The system is designed to work reliably even in demanding conditions. The IP65 rating ensures resistance to dust and rain, while the cameras operate in temperatures from -10°C to 55°C. That means they can handle cold Central European winters without any problem. Below you’ll find an overview of the key parameters:
| Hiseeu PK-4YHD685 | |
|---|---|
| Resolution | 5MP |
| Audio | Two-way |
| Alarm | Spotlight |
| Horizontal rotation | 300° |
| Vertical rotation | 90° |

| Operating temperature | -10°C to 55°C (14°F to 131°F) |
| Maximum cable length | up to 100 meters (330 ft) |
| NVR | 8-port / 16-channel / 4K (no HDD) |
| Number of cameras in the package | 4 x 5MP PTZ |
AI motion tracking and smart person detection
One of the most interesting features of the Hiseeu PK-4YHD685 system is AI Human Tracking – smart tracking of people’s movement. The camera can recognize a human figure and automatically turn its lens to follow it, which is a huge advantage over static cameras. So you don’t have to rely on the motion happening exactly in the field of view – the system adapts on its own.
This feature is especially useful, for example, when watching over a garage entrance, yard, or warehouse. The camera won’t miss any relevant event and follows movement smoothly. AI detection also helps reduce false alarms by focusing specifically on people rather than movement of branches or animals – although the reliability of such systems can vary depending on lighting conditions and the viewing angle.
Two-way communication and Spotlight alarm on detection
The cameras in the Hiseeu PK-4YHD685 system are equipped with a built-in microphone and speaker, which means they support two-way audio communication. That means you can talk to a person in the monitored area through the phone app – whether it’s a visitor at the front door or a worker in the warehouse. This feature significantly increases the practical usefulness of the whole system.
Another security feature is the spotlight alarm, meaning a light warning system. When the camera detects suspicious movement, it automatically activates a floodlight that illuminates the area. Besides the deterrent effect against potential intruders, it also improves scene visibility and helps capture a higher-quality night shot. The combination of a light alarm and AI tracking makes this system a relatively comprehensive security solution in this price category.
Flexible pan and coverage without dead angles
PTZ cameras—that is, cameras that support pan, tilt, and zoom movement—have one key advantage over fixed cameras: they can cover a much larger area with fewer devices. In the case of the Hiseeu PK-4YHD685, this specifically means a horizontal range of 300° and a vertical range of 90°. With four such cameras, you can cover the entire perimeter of the property with the right placement.
You can control the pan either manually via the app or automatically through AI tracking. For typical home use or securing a smaller operation, this system with 4 cameras is more than sufficient at installation. However, keep in mind that installing a PoE system requires running an Ethernet cable from each camera to the NVR, which is a bit more demanding compared to wireless systems.
Resistance to weather conditions and IP65 rating
The IP65 rating means the cameras are fully dust-proof and protected against water jets from any direction. That makes them ideal for outdoor installation—under the eaves, on the house façade, at the garage entrance, or at the property gate. An operating temperature range from -10°C to 55°C covers common conditions across Central European seasons without needing special measures.
Another important parameter is the maximum Ethernet cable length, which reaches up to 330 ft / 100 meters. This is the standard—and also sufficient—value for most typical installations in family homes or small businesses using PoE systems. Longer Ethernet runs would require a PoE extender or a switch.
What’s in the box
The Hiseeu PK-4YHD685 system comes as a complete set, so you don’t need to buy any additional basic accessories. In the package you’ll find a 8-port, 4K, 16-channel PoE NVR recorder, 4 pieces of 5MP PTZ cameras, a power adapter for the NVR, an HDMI cable for connecting to a monitor or TV, and network cables of various lengths. Specifically, it’s one 3-stop (approx. 1 m), two 64-stop (approx. 20 m), and two 100-stop (approx. 30 m) Ethernet cables.
The package also includes a mouse for operating the NVR, a user manual, and warning stickers for deterrence. Screws for mounting the cameras are also included. This level of completeness is a nice standard for camera systems in this price category—you won’t have to figure out what to buy extra right after unboxing. The only exception is the storage for the NVR—your hard drive must be purchased separately, which is standard practice with PoE NVR systems.
