Chinese giant officially unveiled for the global market the Huawei Mate XT Ultimate. This highly anticipated model was launched in Kuala Lumpur together with an upgraded version of the MatePad Pro 13.2 (2025) tablet, and two new accessories – Huawei’s first ear-hook headphones, and a new smart wristband.
Huawei Mate XT Ultimate: The thinnest foldable smartphone with a top-tier camera
Huawei dominates the foldable market in China and is now trying to expand into new regions. The Mate XT Ultimate model is among the most advanced devices in its category. When unfolded, it’s only 3.6 mm thick (not counting the camera module), and its 10.2″ display diagonal covers 322 cm² of ultra-thin glass (UTG).

The main camera with a 50 MPx resolution comes from the Pura 70 Pro model and offers a variable aperture adjustable in 10 steps from f/1.4 to f/4.0. It’s joined by a 12 MPx periscope lens (125 mm) and a 12 MPx ultra-wide camera.

Astronomical price tag
The Huawei Mate XT Ultimate will be available in the global market with a price tag of €3,499. This model will be offered with a configuration of 16 GB RAM and 1 TB of internal storage. The price and availability of the MatePad Pro 13.2 tablet and the Band 10 smart wristband will be announced later. The FreeArc headphones will be available for €119 (or £99). However, this model is not sold in Slovakia.
Huawei MatePad Pro 13.2 (2025): OLED PaperMatte display for a better visual experience
Huawei also innovates in the display department, and the new MatePad Pro 13.2 (2025) features a 13.2″ OLED PaperMatte display that was introduced in China in November 2024. The PaperMatte nano-level etching technology creates an anti-reflective layer on the glass that eliminates 97% of light interference.

The display reaches up to 1,000 nits, but thanks to glare reduction you won’t need to use it at full power very often. You can connect a Smart Magnetic Keyboard for more comfortable work. The software includes Huawei Notes and GoPaint apps for drawing. The 10,100 mAh battery supports SuperCharge fast charging, and a full charge takes just 65 minutes.
Huawei FreeArc: The first ear-hook headphones
Huawei is unveiling its first ear-hook headphones – the FreeArc model. These headphones are designed for maximum stability and comfort, which athletes will particularly appreciate. With an IP57 certificate, they can withstand unfavorable weather conditions, including rain.

The headphones are equipped with 17 x 12 mm drivers, a symmetrical acoustic design, and a dynamic algorithm for a powerful bass sound.
Huawei Band 10: A smart wristband for a healthier life
The new Huawei Band 10 brings two main functions – an improved healthy sleep assistant and an emotional well-being assistant. The first function monitors sleep patterns, records heart rate variability, and provides recommendations to improve it. The second function analyzes physiological changes and tracks health indicators in real time.
