Its weight is definitely very high, but on the other hand the scooter offers a massive aluminum-and-iron construction, huge 13″ tires, a load capacity of up to 200 kilograms, front and rear hydraulic suspension, a steering damper, a clear LCD display, and proper lighting around the whole deck.
Incredible power, range 150 km
The Phantom ES40 Pro electric scooter from Laotie comes with two motors rated at 4000 W (2 x 4000 W = 8000 W), which can accelerate the scooter up to a speed of 110 km/h. The maximum climbing angle is 55°. Effective braking even at high speed is handled by a pair of ZOOM disc brakes together with an electronic brake.
Under the foot deck there’s a battery with a capacity of 43.2 Ah (72 V / 3 110.4 Wh) — with it, you can go up to 150 kilometers on a single charge. The final range, of course, depends on your riding style. Charging takes 12–13 hours with the included charger, and the advantage is up to two charging ports, which you can use if you purchase an additional adapter.
In the box you’ll find the electric scooter itself, the tools needed for assembly, 2 remote controls for unlocking and locking, a separate controller for controlling the lights, and a European charger. Scooter dimensions when unfolded are 145 x 30 x 132 cm; when folded, the dimensions are 153 x 30 x 53 cm.
