This is a global ROM version supporting all of our 4G and 3G networks (it also supports the N78 5G network, all specifications here), with a pre-installed global system and apparently a Chinese adapter included in the box, so a plug adapter will be needed.
More than enough power for everything
OnePlus 9R is powered by a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor, which is a mild improvement over last year’s top-performing Snapdragon 865. That means performance definitely won’t be missing—play even the most demanding games at maximum settings and everything will stay smooth and fluid.
Smoothness is also supported by the famous OxygenOS overlay, which brings a lot of useful features—beloved among users and, most importantly, expertly tuned.
You can also count on a great display. It’s Fluid AMOLED, with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a 6,55-inch diagonal. Its aspect ratio is 20:9, delivering a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels, and it’s protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 generation cover glass. In short: a display you’ll actually want to keep staring at.
OxygenOS runs on the latest Android 11. You can also rely on regular updates, because OnePlus is among the best in this area. A look at the back reveals 4 camera sensors.
Quality cameras
The main one offers a resolution of 48 megapixels, an aperture of f/1.7, and optical image stabilization you’ll appreciate, for example, at night or when recording videos. In its default mode, the phone takes photos at 12 megapixels, combining 4 pixels into one. But you can also shoot at the maximum resolution.
The main sensor is complemented by an ultra-wide-angle lens with a resolution of 16 MPix and an aperture of f/2.2. You’ll also get a 5-megapixel macro sensor with autofocus, and the last one is a depth sensor, which finds use in portrait photos with a blurred background.
OnePlus 9R and super-fast charging
The audio side is handled by a pair of stereo speakers—connect OnePlus 9R to your headphones or other accessories via Bluetooth version 5.1. The 4500 mAh battery ensures worry-free all-day battery life, and as is typical for OnePlus, fast charging is a must. This time with a power of 65 W.
