The new Realme GT 5G with the latest Snapdragon 888 processor from Qualcomm will be unveiled on 4. March. This is going to be a very interesting piece.
The new Realme GT will arrive on 4. March
Realme is preparing a really great flagship for this year. At the end of last year, we had the chance to see the Realme Race model—its renders looked pretty much the same as the final product from the new GT series.
Realme Race or rather Realme GT 5G, will be the first model in a new series, with its unveiling taking place already on March 4 at 14:00 local time.
The GT 5G model will come with the latest Qualcomm processor – Snapdragon 888. We should also get a large RAM capacity of up to 12 GB or 256 GB of internal storage.
The phone will come with Android 11 pre-installed, which will traditionally be complemented by the manufacturer’s UI overlay in the form of Realme UI 2.0.
The latest certification called TENAA shows the device photographed from both the front and the back. As we can see, it will be another smartphone with a punch-hole in the display for the selfie camera in the top-left corner.
We’ll probably need to wait a bit for display camera technology from well-known manufacturers. Speculation also mentions a 120 Hz display, but a 160 Hz refresh rate isn’t ruled out either.
Triple camera setup and 125 W fast charging
On the back, we’ll find the classic camera module that many manufacturers are using right now. It will feature three cameras—the main one will offer a resolution of 64 MPx. It will be joined by a 13 MPx ultra-wide lens and a 13 MPx telephoto lens.
The upcoming Realme GT 5G should bring, besides a solid battery capacity, also fast 125 W charging. This is the manufacturer’s technology called UltraDart. More information hasn’t been released yet, but soon we should learn more.
Besides different colors or RAM and internal storage configurations, the smartphone should also offer 2 distinct versions of the rear. According to the latest leaks, one will be a glass version and the other a matte three-color texture that looks like a thin layer of leather.
