Let’s start with what matters most—what will make the Vivo X100 Ultra stand out from the rest. That’s a 200 MPx telephoto lens with 3.7x optical zoom.

That doesn’t sound like much – after all, there are smartphones on the market that offer higher values of optical zoom. However, the key factor is the high resolution. Digital zoom will deliver considerably more detail, and supposedly even 20x zoomed photos will be very usable. Stable image is ensured by stabilization called “CIPA 4.5″.

This telephoto lens can also be used as a macro camera or as a camera for taking portraits. Thanks to the implementation of a special image-processing chip, V3+, you can record high-quality video with improved audio, and the captured images will look really great. The primary sensor LYT-900 has a resolution of 50 MPx and, compared to the previous model, it offers improved stabilization. It is joined by a 50 MPx ultra-wide lens LYT-600. All three sensors are located under a glass cover that features an anti-reflective ZEISS T* surface coating.

The smartphone display is an E7 LTPO AMOLED type and features a 6.78-inch diagonal, Quad HD+ resolution (1440 x 3200 pixels), and a refresh rate ranging from 1 to 120 Hz. The maximum brightness of this panel from Samsung is 3000 nits. The sampling rate is capped at 300 Hz. On paper, the battery has a very promising capacity of 5500 mAh and supports fast charging with a maximum power of 80 W. Wirelessly, it is possible to charge the Vivo X100 Ultra with up to 30 W.

Highlights include an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, water and dust resistance certifications IP69 and IP68, as well as a very strong and stable connection to Wi‑Fi 7 over impressive distances reaching up to 150 meters. In terms of connectivity, it also supports 5G and 5.5G networks, Bluetooth 5.4, and USB 3.2. The phone also includes NFC for contactless payments. The operating system is the latest Android 14 with the user interface Origin OS4.
