Vivo is preparing another exciting smartphone for the global market, and this time it’s a model aimed at combining compact dimensions with flagship-grade specs. The new Vivo X300 FE is officially set to hit the European market by the end of April 2026, and according to early info it will bring equipment you’d normally expect from bigger and heavier devices.
Still, it will keep relatively compact dimensions, low weight, and a thin body—making it an interesting candidate for users who don’t want giant smartphones.
A mini flagship with the performance of the newest top models
The Vivo X300 FE model is presented as a so-called mini-flagship, meaning it delivers top-tier specs in a smaller body. The display comes with a 6.31-inch diagonal, which is rather a smaller size by today’s standards. Still, it’s a modern AMOLED panel with a resolution of 2640 x 1216 pixels, and the refresh rate tops out at 120 Hz.
The standout is an extremely high peak brightness of up to 5000 nits, putting it among the brightest displays on the market. The entire body is just 8.2 mm thick and weighs about 192 grams, and it also features increased durability thanks to the IP69 certification. That means the device can handle even tougher conditions, including water and dust.
Performance is handled by a new processor, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, one of the most powerful chips on the market right now. The same chipset shows up in models like OnePlus 15R, suggesting the performance will truly be top-tier.
This chip should easily handle demanding games, multitasking, and advanced AI features. Combined with modern memory and an optimized system, we can expect a very smooth experience. With this model, Vivo is targeting users who want flagship-level performance without compromises in ergonomics.
A huge battery and support for a unique teleconverter
One of the biggest surprises is the battery capacity. The Vivo X300 FE will offer up to 6500 mAh, which is an above-average value for a compact smartphone. In practice, it could mean battery life of more than a day even with heavy usage.
There’s also fast charging with 90 W via cable and 50 W wirelessly. That means you can top up the device anytime, and in a very short time—even during the day—which is basically a must nowadays for high-capacity batteries.
The camera setup consists of three 50 MPx sensors on the back. Vivo is sticking to the trend of high resolution and versatility. The interesting part is, however, the support for special accessories—a teleconverter with a focal length of 200 mm.
This add-on can expand the optical zoom from 3x to about 8.5x, a solution you rarely see in smartphones. Vivo is experimenting with new possibilities for mobile photography in a compact body too, aiming to bring something extra for photography enthusiasts.
Availability and pricing for Europe
Vivo X300 FE will be available in Europe starting from April 29, 2026. The official price is set at €999, placing it in the premium tier of smartphones. The pre-sale promotion also lets you cut the price by €50 by registering on the official website before it goes on sale.
At launch, there will be at least two color options to choose from — Luxe Black and Mist Purple. It hasn’t been confirmed yet whether the green version mentioned for other markets will also make it to Europe. Either way, this is a device that could win you over thanks to its combination of compact design, performance, and unusual features.
