Are you shopping on AliExpress for the first time?

The process is via the AliExpress mobile app, where most people shop. There are two key things: don’t use Buy now and enter the coupon only in the order summary, in the field Promo code. After you click Pay now, you won’t be able to add it.

1. Copy the code and click Use discountIn our article, copy the coupon and click the button GET DISCOUNT. The link will take you directly to the product in the AliExpress app.
2. Use Add to cart instead of Buy nowOn the product card, scroll down and tap Add to cart. Don’t use the Buy now button—you’ll skip the cart, and later you won’t have anywhere to enter the coupon. Before that, double-check the variant: the color, the version, and whether it ships from an EU warehouse.
3. Through the cart, go to CheckoutA pop-up will appear: Added to cart! — tap Check it out in it. If it disappeared, open the cart with the icon at the bottom right. In the cart, check the product and quantity, then click the red Checkout. Only the items marked with the red ring will be applied.
4. Enter your address and card, then look for Promo codeIn the order summary, first fill in the delivery address and payment card at the top. Below them there’s a line Promo code — expand it with the arrow on the right.

5. Paste the code and confirm ApplyIn the field Promo code paste the copied code and click the black Apply. The code is case-sensitive and must not contain spaces.

6. Check the savings and payIn the Summary expand the line Saved — you’ll see the applied coupon there as AliExpress coupons/codes. Only when Total is really lower, click Pay now.

Apply the discount already at the order summary. After you click Pay now, you can no longer add a coupon. If Apply shows an error, the code has either expired, doesn’t apply to your items, or the order doesn’t meet the minimum amount.

The Store Coupon also goes in the same field. — a coupon from the seller itself, which isn’t always available and changes from day to day. AliExpress coupons can’t be combined, so try both and go with the one that gives you more. Coins are added automatically.

QLED Gen 5 and full-fledged 4K resolution

The heart of the TV is a 43-inch QLED panel with a 3840 × 2160 pixel resolution. For this model, METZ lists QLED Gen 5 technology with a special Sapphire Crystal layer. Its job is to boost the panel’s brightness and durability while also improving the color gamut. QLED is particularly interesting for users who want richer colors and a better picture than you get from basic LED TVs.

Another strong point is broad HDR format support. METZ MQF7500Z handles Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HDR10 and HLG, so it’s ready for most modern HDR content from streaming platforms, movies and series. The panel refresh rate is 60 Hz, so it’s not a 120 or 144 Hz TV made primarily for demanding gaming.

MEMC helps with sports and gaming

Even though it has a classic 60 Hz panel, the manufacturer added MEMC technology. It uses image processing to create intermediate frames and aims to smooth out fast motion. The difference is especially noticeable in sports broadcasts, action movies, or dynamic scenes. With the right settings, the image should feel smoother than on a basic 60 Hz TV.

METZ also promotes its own Game Hub, so it has gaming console connectivity in mind. However, based on the available specs, you should count on the TV having only two HDMI ports. If you want to connect a console, set-top box, soundbar and other devices at the same time, the number of connectors could be one of the model’s weaker points.

Google TV is one of the biggest advantages

A big plus is the Google TV operating system. Thanks to it, you don’t have to buy a separate Android TV box or a media player. You have access to apps and streaming services available for the Google TV platform directly in the TV, and voice control is also included.

The manufacturer also mentions a handy feature for finding the remote. In households where the remote is regularly lost between the sofa and the table, it can be a surprisingly useful detail. The TV supports network connectivity and there’s also a standard LAN interface.

Dolby Atmos is complemented by DBX-TV technology

METZ hasn’t forgotten the sound side either. The TV supports Dolby Atmos, designed to create a more immersive, surround-style audio experience with compatible content. It’s complemented by DBX-TV technology, which performs additional sound processing and optimization.

Of course, you can’t expect audio comparable to a separate home theater or a quality soundbar from such a thin 43-inch TV. However, Dolby Atmos support is a nice bonus in this price range and also opens the door to upgrading your setup with external audio later on.

With AI Engine, it automatically optimizes the picture

In the METZ MQF7500Z model, the manufacturer also mentions a picture processor called S AI Engine. It’s designed to automatically analyze the content being displayed and optimize each scene. Image processing should include, for example, skin tone detection so faces don’t look unnatural and the TV keeps colors more realistic.

With a price below 400 €, the METZ MQF7500Z offers a compelling feature set for anyone looking for a TV for the living room, bedroom, or for example for a cottage—and who doesn’t want to go for a fully basic LED model. The biggest drawcards are the 4K QLED panel, wide HDR compatibility, Google TV, MEMC, and Dolby Atmos. On the other hand, more demanding users should expect a 60 Hz panel and only two HDMI ports.
