Only a few days left until the long-awaited OnePlus Nord smartphone is unveiled. It should happen on 10 July, and the market launch will initially be aimed at the Indian market.

OIS in the spotlight
Ishan Agarwal is a well-known, verified leaker who has just recently posted on Twitter that the new OnePlus Nord smartphone will come with optical image stabilization – OIS.

A few minutes later, this post was shared on his profile by OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei, who commented with, “Flagship camera incoming”, the flagship camera is on the way.
OIS is a truly useful feature that will significantly improve your photos and videos. Night shots will be more detailed—there will be more light captured, daytime photos will be a bit sharper too, and the video will be better stabilized.
OnePlus hasn’t stopped with the new features yet. On the Instagram account of the OnePlus Nord smartphone, a post was published with three photos of the phone’s box. One of them even shows just how durable it is.
The shots show an elegant minimalist design of the box, which OnePlus has really nailed. On the top part, you’ll find several identical NORD inscriptions, while the side panel belongs to the company name.
From the available information, we know the smartphone will feature a 6.4″ Full HD+ Fluid AMOLED display with 90 Hz support. The phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 765G 5G processor.
OnePlus Nord will be powered by a 4000 mAh battery, which—together with great optimization of OxygenOS—should deliver solid battery life. For fast charging, there’s a 30 W Warp Charge adapter prepared.
