Basic specifications
The Kugoo S1 Plus electric e-scooter belongs to the smaller e-scooters that are perfect for everyday commuting to work or school.
With compact dimensions when folded 94.5 x 18 x 33 cm, you can easily store this scooter at home or take it in the car trunk. Its weight is 12.5 kg, so you can carry it comfortably with one hand.
The scooter comes with a 350 W motor that delivers a maximum speed of 30 km/h and 8″ wheels. You won’t get punctures because they’re solid rubber with cutouts for better suspension. Kugoo S1 Plus is suitable for riders up to 120 kg.
There are 3 riding modes that control the maximum speed: 20 km/h, 25 km/h and 30 km/h.
Upgrades over the older version
The Kugoo brand obviously listens to its customers, so it introduced several upgrades over the older Kugoo S1 and S1 Pro versions. First of all, the design has been significantly improved. Kugoo S1 Plus is a more modern e-scooter that looks higher-quality at first glance.
Gone is the not-so-pretty box with a lower-quality handlebar display — replaced by an elegant display integrated into the middle part of the handlebar.
The throttle and brake controls have also been changed, and most importantly, the folding mechanism has been improved. It’s now simple and you don’t need a hammer for it.

The Kugoo S1 Plus electric e-scooter features suspension and a dual braking system – an electronic brake in the front and a mechanical one in the rear (by pressing the fender).
The battery has a capacity of 7.5 Ah and charges in about 4 – 5 hours. There’s front and rear lighting, an adjustable handlebar height, and a rubberized grip. It’s truly a well-made e-scooter, especially for city riding.
