Most smart thermostatic radiator valve heads look like a white cylinder with a small grey display that’s barely readable. Tuya ZigBee 3.0 looks different, because its angular white body has a large black display at the front and a rotary wheel. It also adds a weekly heating schedule, open-window detection, and voice control.
Heat according to schedule, delivered from Czechia
The valve head is sold by Banggood and shipped from a Czech warehouse, so you’ll get it in about five business days. VAT is already included in the price; for shipping you’ll only pay a few euros, and you won’t have to pay anything extra when receiving the package.
TIPExpress delivery from the Czech warehouse with no customs duties and VAT.
This product will be delivered to you express from the local Czech warehouse. Delivery from Czechia usually takes 7-10 days and is handled by courier. On delivery, you don’t pay any additional fees—no customs duty and no VAT.
Zigbee radiator valve head for Tuya and Home Assistant
The head communicates via Zigbee 3.0, which saves batteries more than WiFi. However, it won’t connect to a WiFi network by itself, so without a Zigbee hub (bridge) you can’t control it from your phone or by voice, and none is included in the box. If you already have a Tuya bridge at home or Home Assistant with a Zigbee dongle, you just add the valve head to it—one bridge can handle valve heads in all rooms at once.
If you don’t have a bridge yet, the easiest option is the Tuya bridge from MOES, which works in the same Smart Life app. The wireless version connects to your router via WiFi, while the wired one connects via a LAN cable and is usually more stable—plus multi-mode can handle Bluetooth devices in addition to Zigbee. The bridge is shipped from China, so we included shipping and customs duty of €3 in the box prices, which is paid for shipments from China.

TIPExpress delivery from a Spanish warehouse without customs duties or VAT.
This product will be delivered express from the local Spanish warehouse. Shipping from Spain usually takes 7-10 days and is handled by a courier. On delivery, you don’t pay any extra fees—no customs duty or VAT.
You control it in the Smart Life, Tuya, or AVATTO app—even remotely when you’re not at home. You can also set the temperature by voice via Alexa, Google Home, or SmartThings, so you just need to say for your bedroom to get it ready at 21 °C.

Large display and rotary wheel
On the black display you can see the set temperature, connection status, battery level, and the mode. If you mount the valve head upside down, the display will rotate 180° using the button or in the app. You change the temperature with the rotary wheel in the range from 5 to 35 °C in half-degree steps, and one press switches between auto and manual mode.
If you hold the wheel for three seconds, you turn on the child lock, so kids can’t accidentally change the temperature. If something doesn’t work—e.g., the battery is running low or the valve motor fails—the app will show an error right away.
Weekly schedule with six time slots per day
In the app you set a weekly schedule, where each day can have up to six time periods with a different temperature. In the morning the bathroom can be warm, during the day when you’re at work the valve head lowers the temperature, and in the evening it raises it again. The schedule for one day can then be copied to the other days with one click.
The app also stores temperature history by days, months, and years, so you can see how often and how long the heating runs. The manufacturer claims that in auto mode you save more energy than with a standard valve head, but the exact number depends on your apartment, insulation, and how carefully you set the schedule.

Closes the valve when you air the room out
The open-window detection feature closes the valve when the room temperature drops by more than 6 °C within four minutes, or when an window sensor reports that the window is open. When you ventilate, the radiator won’t heat the street—and after the window is closed, heating returns to the schedule.
In winter at the cottage, frost protection helps: the valve head at < 5 °C will automatically open the valve and keep it open until above 8 °C. It also periodically cracks the valve open to prevent clogging if it hasn’t moved for two weeks.
Six adapters and installation without a plumber
The box includes six adapters for Danfoss RA, RAV and RAVL valves, Caleffi, Giacomini, and a standard M28 × 1.5 thread—so you can fit the head on most radiators in our apartments. You unscrew the old valve head, attach the adapter, and install the new head—there’s no need to drain the water.
It’s powered by two AA batteries, which you need to buy separately, and the head measures 51 × 51 × 89 mm. On Banggood there are currently no reviews, so we can rely only on the seller’s information.
