The vivo X Fold6 foldable has appeared in a European store, and we know its price

The foldable vivo X Fold6 has been sold in China for several months, and it has now been shown for the first time in a European store. The Italian e-shop Epto has added it to its lineup in black and blue, priced at €2,135.90 including VAT, and the product page also reveals most of the specs of the global version. According to the GSMArena portal, this is the first concrete piece of information about how much the foldable will cost in Europe.

vivo X Fold6 in Europe for over 2 000 €

Both colors are listed by Epto only with 12 + 512 GB storage and for the same price: €1,750.74 without VAT and €2,135.90 with VAT. You can pre-order the phone with the label “soon available”, and the store can notify you when it starts selling. The shop has no other storage variant, so only this single configuration may arrive in Europe.

The final official price may still change. GSMArena notes that Epto has not previously disclosed manufacturers’ recommended prices in advance, and estimates that vivo will ultimately set a figure around €2,199.99. In China, meanwhile, the X Fold6 is sold for the equivalent of under €1,400, so you’ll pay noticeably more for the European version.

8-inch display and Android 17

According to the listing, the internal foldable display is AMOLED with an 8.02″ diagonal and a resolution of 2504 × 2312 pixels. The store doesn’t name the processor and only mentions an octa-core chip with a clock speed up to 4.21 GHz, while the Chinese version runs on Dimensity 9500. The folded phone measures 157.2 × 74.3 × 9.9 mm, weighs 230 grams, and has IP58 protection against dust and water.

The global version is expected to come with Android 17 and OriginOS 7 Fold, while the Chinese model launched with OriginOS 6 Fold. In terms of additional features, the store mentions Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, dual SIM support, and a fingerprint reader. Since this is a sale in the EU, it also lists energy class B and repairability class C.

200 Mpx camera and battery 6 900 mAh

The cameras are branded ZEISS, and the lineup is the same as in the Chinese model. The main sensor is 200 Mpx, complemented by a 50 Mpx periscope telephoto lens and a 50 Mpx ultra-wide camera; a 20 Mpx camera handles selfies.

In the European listing, the battery capacity is 6,900 mAh, even though the Chinese version is sold with 7,000 mAh. According to GSMArena, however, it may not be a smaller cell, because in the EU nominal capacity is usually listed, which is typically 100 to 200 mAh lower than the typical capacity. It charges via cable with up to 80 W, and it supports wireless charging as well, but the store doesn’t state the wireless power.

When will vivo X Fold6 arrive in Europe

vivo has already confirmed that it will unveil the X Fold6 in Europe on October 27, alongside the X500 series, its first big over-ear headphones, and new wireless earbuds. Meanwhile, the informant Abhishek Yadav claims that the global launch will come as early as October 1, and in India on October 6, so we should be able to learn more even sooner. Until vivo officially says otherwise, take the Epto shop listing—including the price—as only preliminary.

In Slovakia, X Fold6 would be released at that price and would go head-to-head with Samsung. Galaxy Z Fold8 with memory 12 + 512 GB here costs officially 2 259 € and the Z Fold8 Ultra in the same version costs 2 459 €. If the Epta price applied, vivo would be 100 € cheaper with the same memory than the base Fold8.
